The trial of Dudayev`s case detained during special operation will be held today. The decision made by the Tbilisi City Court on preliminary detention has been challenged. Giorgi Mirotadze will lead the process.

It is unclear whether the case will be held without oral hearing or the parties will attend the hearing .

The investigation into the case of the person detained during a special operation is underway under under two seious articles, which envisage from 10 to 17 years of imprisonment.
