German Foreign Minister Frank Walter-Steinmeier has assessed the long negotiation process as a"hard" one. He has changed his schedule, and is to remain in Minsk for a bit longer.
The US State Department made a statement once again calling on Russia to abide by all of the provisions of the Minsk protocol.
