The Minsk talks went on for more than 15 hours on Wednesday night. 

President of Russia Vladimir Putin was the one to confirm that a ceasefire agreement has been reached, after 15 hours of talks aimed to put an end to the conflict in Ukraine.

Speaking at a press conference in Minsk, Putin said that the ceasefire would come into force on Sunday. In the conference, he urged Ukraine to introduce constitutional reforms to respect the rights of Russians in Eastern Ukraine.
