The 16-hour Minsk negotiations are over, with the result being the signing of "The Complex of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements".
Both pro-Russian separatists and the Ukrainian government have signed the agreement, and a ceasefire is due to take place on February 15 from 00:00 a.m.
