"We expect that the court will share the position of the Prosecutor"s Office without a hesitation," Soso Baratashvili, the lawyer of Mustafa Emre Chabuk, made a statement on Mustafa Emre Chabuk"s case. The Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia starts extradition of Mustafa Emre Chabuk and appeals to the City Court to send the manager of the Demirel College to the Turkish side.

Soso Baratashvili, the advocate of Mustafa Emre Chabuk notes that if the court accepts the decision of the Prosecutor"s Office they will appeal to the Supreme Court.

According to the lawyer, they have already prepared a petition which will be sent to the European Court .
