Trial on Mustafa Emre Çabuk"s case postponed

The trial in regard to the case of Mustafa Emre Çabuk"s extradition is postponed. A manager of Demirel School remains in custody until February 19. It became known a few minutes ago. The Tbilisi City Court was discussing the extradition of Mustafa Emre Chabuk for a few hours.

NGOs believe that the Demirel School Manager"s extradition should not be carried out.

"Human Rights and Monitoring Center" presented their opinion on petitions of GYLA and the Public Defender for the third time.

The process was attended by representatives of NGOs, political parties and attorneys.
