The Prime Minister is expected in the Parliament today. Giorgi Kvirikashvili together with Irakli Kobakhidze will present a new concept of local self-government and decentralization.

Representatives of government, legislative body, civil society, diplomatic corps and international organizations will attend the presentation of the strategic national vision.
Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze will also address the participants of the event.
