The Supreme Council of Adjara starts discussing amendments to the constitution with the first hearing.
The ruling team will have to approve the changes without support from the opposition.
The "National Movement" boycotts the discussion and will not participate in voting at all.
Opposition MPs say that despite the public debates, "Georgian Dream" did not take any notes into consideration, including the restriction of the rights of the Autonomous Republic and the maintenance of the majoritarian system.
The criticism of the opposition is not shared by the majority of the Supreme Council of Adjara. The members of the ruling party say that the Opposition"s comments are partially shared and the new constitution will be a step forward.
