Kakha Kaladze says that Aleko Elisashvili, who has criticized the Tbilisi Mayor"s new initiative, "Night Economics" is a loafer. According to Kakha Kaladze the development of "night economy" was his pre-election promises and he would definitely do it.

"How can I comment on the announcement of a person, who has not created anything in his life and is a simple loafer,"- said Kaladze.
