The two parliamentary draft resolutions have been submitted by the ruling party and the opposition in parliament. The opposition demands to create a Magnitsky list -alike document, which they say will put this issue at the international political level.

Such sanctions are not provided in the resolution presented by the ruling team.

According to Giorgi Kandelaki, the European MPs support the creation of the list the Otkhozoria-Tatunashvili list. Kandelaki explains that if a similar list is not adopted in Georgia, the European Commission can not issue relevant directives.
