Lawyers of Dagestan Civil Activist, Mikael Kadiev and Sergo Ratiani, member of "European Georgia" appealed to the Prime-Minister with a special statement today.

They criticize Sozar Subari"s department and say that Kadiev has not been granted the status of asylum-seeker by Subari"s office due to political motives.

The member of "European Georgia" fears that the government"s policy is mitigated in regard to Russia and it is not ruled out that Kadiev may be extradited.
