The Parliament adopted a resolution on Russia and Archil Tatunashvili. The legislators approved the project with 106 votes.

According to the joint document prepared by "Georgian Dream" and "European Georgia", the Government of Georgia has submitted a list of persons convicted of murder, kidnapping, torture, inhuman treatment and damage to health of Georgian citizens on the occupied territories, as well as list of defendants and convicts in covering these crimes, "2018 On June 15 to present.

"Today, the Parliament of Georgia has adopted an important resolution on the gross violation of human rights on territories occupied by the Russian Federation. The resolution reflects our clear vision and approach to the Russian-Georgian conflict and the occupation of our historic regions.

In the resolution we once again expressed our attitude and condemned: occupation of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions by the Russian Federation, steps towards actual annexation of our historic regions, isolation of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region and artificial barriers at so-called border, gross violation of human rights on occupied territories: deprivation of lives of our citizens - Giga Otkhozoria and Archil Tatunashvili; Distraction of Georgian villages, damage of Georgian churches, the attempt to erase Georgian traces on the occupied territories; deprivation of Georgian children from the right to obtain education in Georgian language; Violation of IDPs" rights, "said Irakli Kobakhidze.
