The prime minister"s special representative is not going to talk with Grigory Karasin about the statement made by the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister regarding the Geneva talks. Zurab Abashidze says that this issue is not his competence.

"I do not speak with Karasin on Geneva, except that we support this format as special and very important," said Zurab Abashidze.

A few days before the Geneva talks, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Declaration in Moscow`s interests may be adoptrf at the end of the next roundt. According to Grigory Karasin, all the participants of the Geneva Discussions will join the declaration of non-use of force. The next round of talks will be held on March 27-28.
