Mosiashvili blames law enforcers for planting weapons and drugs on Vashakidze

Lawyer Gagi Mosiashvili accuses law enforcers of planting weapons and drugs on his client Lasha Vashakidze.

The lawyer says there is no evidence proving the charges. The details of the case will be discussed at the press conference today.

Lasha Vashakidze is accused of drug trafficking and sentenced to six years in prison. He is on hunger strike in the penitentiary establishment.

"In fact, when it came to the verdict only the testimony of the police officers was shared, but there is an expertise conclusion that claims that the seized evidence does not belong to Vashakidze," said Gagi Mosiashvili.
