The parties will deliver the final speeches on the case of 12-year-old Salome Tatishvili.

The prosecution protests against the decision of the City Court in the Appeals Court, who convicted 18-year-old Giorgi Liparteliani in the tragic case in Gudauri.

On the one of the most difficult trails in Gudauri, three years ago, Liparteliani 12-year-old Salome Tatishvili crashed and the girl died.

The deceased"s family claims that the boy was drunk during a collision.
