Georgian director Zaza Urushadze’s work "Tangerines" did not get the Oscar award for best foreign language film at the 87th Oscar ceremony. The Award was won by the Polish film "Ida".
Among the nominees for the best foreign film included: Russian film "Leviathan", Polish film "Ida", Mauritanian film "Timbuktu" and Argentinian film "Wild stories".
The Oscar for best actor in a supporting role went to JK Simmons in the movie " Obsession". Patricia Arquette won her first Oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, for her portrayal of a divorced mother in Boyhood.
