Davit Zalkaliani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia responds to Moscow"s offer to fully restore Russia-Georgian relations.

According to Davit Zalkaliani, diplomatic relations with Russia will only be resumed if the occupant country withdraws recognition of Abkhazia and so-called " South Ossetia.

" The full-fledged relations pass through a red line that is called territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia. So everyone, including the Russian Federation, are obliged to respect the norms of international law. We have taken a number of constructive steps but, unfortunately, they were not followed by reciprocal steps, "said Zalkaliani.
