"We hope that Russia will return to the responsible actions," - said the high representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy - Federica Mogherini at the meeting with journalists .

She underlined that European Neighborhood Policy is not directed against interests of Russia.

According to Federica Mogherini the EU has decided to overview the neighborhood policy.

" We Need to use all the potential of relations with our partners in the region for  effective influence. There is no European policy, which foresees confrontation. Our partnership with the eastern and southern regions can not be confrontational for anyone.  It should not become an excuse for violating international principles."- Federica Mogherini underlined.
