A session is being held in Rustavi in regard to the case confrontation between soldiers, which resulted in a death of one of the soldiers.

The incident took place in the Norio wood on May 25. Sergo Jimsherashvili has received a brain injury and died a few months later.

Irakli Samkharadze was arrested by law enforcers for intentional damage to health.

Four more militaries are accused of not reporting the crime.
