The Foreign Minister of Germany made an announcement about supplying Ukraine with lethal weaponry in its fight against separatists. Frank Walter Steinmeier underlined that such actions "may be dangerous and cause permanent escalation" of the crisis.

The  situation in Ukraine has been recently relatively calm.

The pro-Russian  fighters stated that they have implemented  Minsk obligations. Russia continues to send humanitarian aid   to Donbass.
