Keeping pets is becoming expensive. According to the new initiatived discussed in the City Council, the owners have to register dogs and cats each year. The owners will be obliged to take care of identification issues by providing microchip, tattoo or special necklace. The new regulations be imposed sanctions on teh owners of pets in case of violation.
