Israeli businessman blames the Government in violating the terms of the contract

The founder of Israeli company "Elga Investment and Development" blames Tbilaviamsheni and the Goverment in violating terms of the contract. He said that his company has invested money in the modernization of Su-25 according to NATO standards. Wheras, the Georgian side independently sells the air crafts produced with investments of Israeli company thus inflicting financial loses to the Israeli side.
