Economy and finance experts agree that the main responsibility for the developments around TBC is on the head of the National Bank and there are questions.The decision to the experts is a sign that Koba Gvenetadze fulfilled the political order.
"He avoided answering hard questions. The second might be that he would like to know first what Mamuka Khazaradze is going to talk about in order to define his message box and the third reason is that he does not have answers to the questions that can be raised at this stage " - said Economist Zviad Khorguashvili.
"TBC" is not the only issue, about which the National Bank has avoided the questions. It is already known that the representatives of the Bank will not participate in the discussion of one more serious issue. The bank has already sent a request to the Parliament to postpone discussions on the regulations set out on loans.
