Crimes committed by law enforcers and uninvestigated cases- the report was prepared by the Georgian Young Lawyers Association (GYLA). The organization has studied the facts in 2017-2018 and has concluded that when it comes to law enforcement officers, the investigation is ineffective or does not occur at all or does not identify the offender.
GYLA will discuss the report with experts and government agencies.
