The trial of Roena Khutsurauli, Zinaida Koridze and Mariam Danelian has been postponed. The trial will be held on July 2.
Zinaida Koridze does not plead guilty, while the accused in providing the space for prostitution, Roena Khutsurauli uses the right to silence.
Roena Khutsurauli asked for permission to open a hotel because she said that real estate needs maintenance. This request was not satisfied.
The lawyers claim that there is no sufficient evidence in the case.
"The first session of the consideration on merits has been scheduled, Danelian and Rowena Khutsurauli voiced their position regarding the use of the right to silence at this stage. Consequently, we will examine all evidence at the next hearing, "the lawyer said.
