Politicians came to Rustaveli Avenue where 26 years ago the Soviet Army soldiers dispersed a peaceful rally in the morning.

Free Democrats paid tribute to the memory of the victims. Irakli Alasania together with his party members put a floral wreath at the memorial in front of the Parliament.

The President is expected at the memorial at 10 o"clock.
