Process of high-ranking officials of Batumi City Hall has begun - the family members of the defendant held the rally

Embezzlement of state property and abuse of official duties - Batumi City Court has begun process of former mayor and other senior officials in Batumi.
The court should discuss about the admissibility of evidences. Also, the detainees" human rights defenders will put a motion to change the preventive measure.
The relatives of Archil Vanadze held the protest rally. According to them, Vanadze is innocent and illegally detained.
Participants of the rally are demanding his release. Former mayor of Batumi and high officials of Batumi City Hall arrested two months ago on the basis of judge"s decision. With Giorgi Ermakov, 6 other high ranking officials are arrested.
