Sergey Lavrov reiterated that the reason of Russian aggression in 2008 was decision of Bucharest summit. In an interview with three Russian Radio Stations the Russian Foreign Minister has underlined that  decision of George Bush and NATO allies  about integration of Georgia and Ukraine to the alliance made Saakashvili crazy.

Lavrov underlined that  number one threat for Russia is anti-missile system of NATO and the US  near it`s borders. He also accused Washington of  provoking crisis in Ukraine and noted that Americans tried to hinder relations between Russia and the EU.  Lavrov stated that the major problem of the United States is to increase number of countries which will depend on the US in the world"s major regions.
