Criminal Code will be amended in regards to drug offense. The amendments envisage the separation of the illegal production, purchase, storage and transportation of new psychoactive substance drugs from their illegal sales.

Accordingly, the upper limit of the sentence will be reduced to 6 instead of 11 years.

Legislative initiative in the Parliament has already been started . The consideration of the initiative will begin next week.
