Workers of Poti Port went on strike

PotiPort employees went on strike. Their main demands are rising the payments and the thirteenth salary.

The employees decided to go on strike after the deadline given to the company management expired.

PotiPort administration states that they had no information about strike, so the actions of employees they see as leaving their work without permission.

"According to the legislation, the employees must inform the company about strike in advance."- stated the head of the administration of Poti port Marika Nadaraia.

At the moment PotiPort is paralyzed.
