A citizen of Georgia died from coronavirus in Barcelona.

According to the Foreign Minister of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani, the person, (date of birth - 1965), had underlying health condition - oncologic disease.

“Our Embassy in Barcelona is in constant contact with the family and we will do our best to ensure that the funeral norms are observed and that funeral procedures are carried out in agreement with the family”, - said the Minister.
