The earthquake occurred at 20 minutes past one in the morning in Georgia. Seismologists said the epicenter was at Ming-Chauri water reservoir in Azerbaijan, 56 kilometers from the Georgian border. The quakes reached 4.7in the epicenter. At this time, there are no reports of damage.
