Temur Ghvinjilia, the former Chairman of Tsalenjikha Sakrebulo, and ex-head of Secretariat Department Mate Ghvinjilia imposed imprisonment by Zugdidi Regional Court on charge of transporting non-excise tobacco in large quantities.

The decision was made by the judge Natruli Akobia. The defense side demanded imposition of bail into cases of both charged persons.

Temur Ghvinjilia keeps the right of silence. Mate Ghvinjilia says that a person living in occupied Abkhazia gave him cigarettes as present.
