"The president returned the change to me ", - commented Zakaria Kutsnashvili on the fact that the President sent him a copy of the Constitution.

Kutsnashvili said that he "does not see anything bad" in President"s action

The President, presented the Constitution to parliamentarians, government officials and representatives of to the court on Independence Day .

On 16 September 2014, Kutsnashvili came to the president"s residence holding a copy of the Constitution.
