The question of attestations will be discussed at the initiative of Nodar Ebanoidze at the Regional Development Committee today.

The initiative envisages the postponement of compulsory certification for a year. The draft also states that testing must be conducted by outside agencies.

3-month interim period is  defined for  the officials.
