The judge has shared the position of the defendants`lawyer and excluded the prosecutor"s evidence as inadmissible.
The defendants` lawyer said the evidence was based on unreal facts. The judge also dismissed part of defendents` materials, but the lawyers say it will not affect the case.

Despite the exclusion of the main evidence in the case, the prosecutor"s office says it has enough documents against the defendants.

The court decision can be appealed within 5 days.
