"I do not comment as I have other more important things to do. Had Sanaia got interested in this case during 10 years,he would have made a more serious statement," - the statement was made by the Defence Minister in Gori.

A few days ago, journalist Vakhtang Sanaia objected to the appointment of Sergo Dzagnidze Sanaya as the head of the Military Police Department.

As Sanaya says Dzagnidze participated in the investigation of his brother"s murder case . The journalist said he did not believe the results of the investigation.

"Our family has been demanding from the goverment for the fourteenth consecutive year to investigate this case. This case has not been solved yet . Unfortunately, under the current government the chief prosecutor"s office has refused to re-investigate the case . As for Mr. Dzagnidze, I want to tell him them that this case will be re-investigated by all means. More sooner, rather than later. Dzagnidze among thr others, will be one of the first people who will have to explain to the investigators, the courts and the public, how he ,, opened "in 2001 Sanaia murder case," - wrote Vakho Sanaya in social network.
