Civil activists and family members of Iveri Melashvili and Giorgi Rurua held a support rally near the house of Rurua. They pasted banners and stickers reading Freedom to Political Prisoners.

The protest participants claimed that Giorgi Rurua, as well as convicts in the Davit Gareji case, Iveri Melashvili, and Natalia Ilychova, are innocent.

Activists demand a general amnesty to apply to these individuals as well.
