Difficult situation remains on Kostava street. First floors remain flooded. Dozens of vehicles were also damaged .

Locals say that they don"t have electricity and natural gas. They state that they need help from government, but nothing has been done to help them for two days. They thanked the volunteers who helped them yesterday.
