Gogi Tsulaia was sentenced to 2 months in prison as a measure of restraint. His lawyer demanded GEL 5,000 bail. Police detained him in Tbilisi for violence.

Investigation established that detainee physically assaulted his female acquaintance- A.D. (DoB 1979) in the rented apartment located in Tbilisi.
Patrol Police officers detained Tsulaia as a result of immediate investigative activities.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of violence, article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
