Ombudsman publishes a report on the rights of persons with disabilities

Public Defender has published special report on the legal status of persons with disabilities. The report emphasizes the positive and negative trends which were detected in 2014.

The Ombudsman considers that the major challenge, along with the physical environment, is the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities .
