The Ministry of Corrections of Georgia released a statement on hospitalizing the prisoners. The Ministry confirmed that three inmates were hospitalized because of self-inflicted wounds.

According to the ministry, two of them have returned to prison , the third prisoner remains at the hospital. He is in a stable condition .
