City Council is still waiting for the document, which should determine the issue of compensation for victims of the disaster.

The work on the document lasted till late night at the City Hall, but no agreement was achieved. The consultations continue for the third day already.  The victims who are left without a basic living conditions, have been waiting for the decision of the government  for three weeks.
