Policemen abused civilian . An incident occurred in the first police department. One of the detainees recorded  it with a camera, which was built in watches.

A Physical and moral abuse continued for about an hour. Reportedly before it Policemen assaulted Philipe Babayan and Arthur Oganesian in a night club, where the detainees had conflict with  one of the senior officials of the police.

Detainees  are in pre-trial detention, their families demand to identify and punish abusers.
