"Young Lawyers" Association" has held a presentation of research results.

The studies focused on the issues of transparency and public-private partnership in the state founded enterprise.
It became clear that there are no proper regulations, which will define transparency in the State-owned enterprises . In addition, the majority of ministries have not carried out projects.

"Ther is no document in Georgia that will ensure transparency of these enterprises," - said Sulkan Saladze, from the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association.
