Putin has promised support to the Greek people. The leaders discussed the results of the referendum, but have not touched upon financial assistance. Alexis Tsipras has had a telephone conversation with German Chancellor and they have agreed that Greece would present a new proposal at tomorrow"s euro zone summit.
