Disaster-affected population should apply to the local administration or to  Property Management Agency of Tbilisi City Hall for compensation of damage.

Those individuals, whose houses are destroyed and can not be  rehabilitated should apply to the Property Management Agency, while those individuals, whose houses may be restored should address to the local administrations.
