The European Commission session was held in Strasbourg in parallel with the current negotiations on the Greek crisis in Brussels.

The President of the European Council deems the situation as critical. Donalt Tusk does not exclude that the situation might worsen and calls on Greece to present a new request for a programme within the framework set by the ESM Treaty.

"I have to say loud and clear that the final deadline ends this week. All of us are responsible for the crisis and all of us have a responsibility to resolve it, "- said Donald Tusk.

According to European Commission President, Jean-Claude Juncker, if the situation gets even more complicated, the European Commission will discuss the issue of Greece"s exit from the euro zone.
