Georgia-based NGOs have appealed  the Head of the EU Delegation, Janos Herman.

Civil society members expressed their concern about adopted by the Parliament in the first reading bill on the National Bank.

"We are concerned about the drafting process. We fear that it violates the obligations under the Association Agreement. In particular, the Association"s agenda clearly states that the legislation, which is associated with the National Bank can be changed only after prior consultation with EU law, "- is said in the letter.
