REUTERS unveils  the footage of occupied Tskhinvali.  The so-called President of Georgia"s breakaway region of South Ossetia told REUTERS that "the leadership of the republic, took a decision and signed a very serious treaty with  strategic partner, Russian Federation on alliance and integration."

Tina Khidasheli, Georgian Defense Minister stated that Tobilov"s position differs from citizens" views. She underlined that the agreement signed in Moscow had many opponents.

An expert - Mamuka Areshidze stated that the fact that REUTERS was allowed to enter Tskhinvali is suspicious.

Besides Tskhinvali, REUTERS unveils shots of Avnevi. The village is abandoned and houses are destroyed.
